لماذا أكتب هذه الملاحظات
خلال السنوات الماضية، شاركت مباشرة في نزاعات وعمليات وضع سياسات وإخفاقات بنيوية في سجلات الإنترنت الإقليمية الخمسة جميعها (RIRs). ما أكتبه هنا ليس تعليقًا نظريًا؛ بل ينبع من خبرة مباشرة بكيفية حكم موارد الإنترنت الأساسية، وسوء حكمها، وتسعيرها، والتحكم فيها فعليًا.
كُتبت من داخل منظومة التسجيل، لا من موقع المعلّق عليها. يوضح لو هينغ لمن يكتب هذه الملاحظات، ولماذا يتعمد أن تكون مزعجة.
