Sunlight through a rough stone archway
Sunbeams enter a dark stone interior through an irregular opening, transforming the passage into a luminous threshold.

Brilliant sunlight enters a dark stone interior through an irregular, weathered archway. Beyond the opening, soft clouds cross a bright sky, with rays of light reaching into the surrounding shadow. The rough edges of the stone stand almost in silhouette, giving the opening a luminous, portal-like presence. A smaller aperture at the left and a piece of netting near the upper edge add detail to the enclosed space without weakening the main contrast. Darkness seems to gather around the frame while the sky opens beyond it. The photograph invites associations with hope and discovery, using the meeting of textured stone and radiant light to create an almost spiritual sense of passage.
