Calm Water View by Willow Vines

In this picture, the vines came into view, slender threads against the sky. The lake lay still, its surface a pale sheen. The air was mild, with a trace of moisture. The vines, twisted and delicate, hung down, their forms like ink strokes on silk.

Stillness filled the space, broken only by the faint rustle of leaves. Beyond the vines, distant hills blurred into the sky, their outlines soft and hazy. The water stretched out, calm and vast. From up here, the scene felt like a poem—nature’s subtle details framed against the open expanse. The world simplified to the vines’ graceful lines, the lake’s glassy surface, and the gentle brush of the air. The vines connect earth and sky. They link the lush growth above to the quiet water below.
