Light on the water
A firework fills the sky while a narrow strip of reflected light reaches across the water.

The firework takes up most of the sky. Small lights along the far shore give it a sense of scale; the water below leaves room around its reflection.
Try following the pale trail down from the burst to the shoreline, then across the water. What looks like one bright event becomes a route through the whole photograph.
