A soft ending
The sun lowers into the water with no sound. Clouds hang around it like curtains half drawn, letting light spill through in narrow beams.

The sun lowers into the water with no sound. Clouds hang around it like curtains half drawn, letting light spill through in narrow beams. The sea glows faintly under them, dark silver with hints of gold. Far away, a ship slides along the horizon, too distant to seem real.
Closer to shore, the air feels thick with colour. The light touches the surface of the pier, then fades before reaching the rocks. Everything seems to stop—waves, wind, even time itself.
The image holds the kind of stillness that happens only once a day. Not grand, not loud, just a simple end, perfectly balanced between warmth and quiet.
